I am heading down to visit my Son and his family in Charlottesville VA Saturday, and was hoping for some color along the way. I was working in DC yesterday and from my home near Delaware all the way down 95 it was pretty much just brown. A little colour left but def past peak. Have a safe, happy trip! Went for ride in modern with the wife along to take a few quick shots. The car was bought new by my fathers Aunt, he had the car, I inherited the car and 12 years ago and traded it to my son two years ago. Love the benz. Thank you! These were taken at the Mt Greylock visitor center and the valley is on the Mohawk Trail hairpin turn in Mass. Photos were taken last Saturday. The freshly harvested soybean field and blue sky seem to make the colors stand out even more. It's been a beautiful fall Sorry. No cars in these pictures. On the far side is a little cove between a hygrangea and a mulberry that faces south. That's my secret spot for my melanoma chair. This picture has always been a favorite of mine. Bretton Woods NH, in 1998 on the Glidden Tour.
