NE MD, our trees are just about finished. I have been wanting to get my car out for a pic but havent been home before dark as of late.

Too bad! I am heading down to visit my Son and his family in Charlottesville VA Saturday, and was hoping for some color along the way. It is peaking on Long Island this week, I never remembered it this late in my life.

Last Sunday, no old car, was out earlier with my 50 Ford F1 but couldn't find a safe place to park and take a picture. Went for ride in modern with the wife along to take a few quick shots. Our place is about 300' up the slope on the left side of the screen back in the trees.

Thank you, we just got back home to NY a little while ago. It was a good week. The car was bought new by my fathers Aunt, he had the car, I inherited the car and 12 years ago and traded it to my son  two years ago. It is a nice all original unrestored car

Philip Roitman, that is a beautiful shot of the valley, do mind telling us where that was taken?

Love the benz.

Thank you! These were taken at the Mt Greylock visitor center and the valley is on the Mohawk Trail hairpin turn in Mass. Photos were taken last Saturday. Here is a photo of the restaurant on the hairpin turn.

We recently had our club's fall foliage run, but I found the best color within sight of my home. The freshly harvested soybean field and blue sky seem to make the colors stand out even more. It's been a beautiful fall

Sorry. No cars in these pictures.

Jim

Beautiful day in northern Illinois. Mid 70’s.

a little British roadster and a pretty girl riding shotgun on a gorgeous fall day.

our new puppy “Honey”.  She likes top down motoring. BAC8E27F-73EC-4EDD-B506-C5C750D79BA3.png.7ca9ded98ae829b4d6221d4aeacdcc6c.png

You get to ride around with a young blonde in the front seat and I bet your wife doesn’t mind!
We had two golden doodles sisters I was able to do that with but in the backseat. Both are gone now after 16+ years. Great dogs. Have fun with her.

We have had a beautiful,  colorful fall here in Minnesota. The DeSoto got a bath before hibernation begins.

White cars always look best in the fall:

I didn't have a car over by the house today but the Japanese Maple was looking pretty good. On the far side is a little cove between a hygrangea and a mulberry that faces south. That's my secret spot for my melanoma chair.

This years fall colors were fast an colorfull.   Green, yellow, Brown and on the ground in about a week.

This picture has always been a favorite of mine.   Bretton Woods NH, in 1998 on the Glidden Tour.

Color starting to fade, but not the memories.
