HERSHEY 2022- what are you bringing and what are you hunting?

Thought it was about time to begin a thread on what's coming - or what you might be looking for at Hershey this year. For me - it's the usual stuff - Always hunting for old spark plugs, watch fobs, pins, buttons, brass lamps, etc. etc.  The older the better!  Always looking for early auto accessories that I can display in my old auto parts store recreation.  See you there - GCC 5-6, across from the crab cake vendor in front of Giant center.

1941-46 Chevy and GMC truck parts. Actually some parts as far back as 1934. In the same wonderful spaces we were assigned by the Hershey Region about a decade ago: GAI 18-19. Just walk the car corral until you reach “Hyman Village”. Look for nearby light post 118- and you’re there. We missed our many friends from Canada ( especially Ontario!) last year; but I am optimistic they WILL return! We plan to arrive late Monday morning and stick it out to Friday afternoon. We are bringing the best group of parts ever! Hopefully the boss won’t be so cold in the mornings!

I have registered my 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire Coupe once again for the car show, and plan to be there first thing in the morning on Friday (not Saturday!).  Prior to that, I look forward to walking most if not all of the swap meet starting on Tuesday morning through Thursday afternoon.   In the meantime, I will count the days in eager anticipation of attending the greatest classic automobile event on the planet (and, famous last words, to try to get in shape to do so between now and then!)…

I was wondering if this would be permissible in the car corral, provided I could get it to my spot somehow?

Hunting for a set of 4 vintage period correct torque thrust style or chrome reverse rims 15x6 or 15x7 with GM 5x4.75 pattern for my 55 chevy 2 door bel air hardtop survivor.  Prefer patina, something that has character, all 4 the same size.  If you can send some pics in advance of the swap meet, that would be great.  Thanks, Jim

What are people bringing? 90 percent of the same stuff they brought for the last 20 years. That said, it's always a great time at Hershey.

Bringing some Model A parts, seat frame, sheet metal, etc.  Maybe some Crosley stuff, 53-54 Nash stuff and anything else I can stuff in the truck that my dad and I have collected over the years!  This year will be different without him.😢

I have decided to part with these and as we know not many survived, they are 3' tall and develop about a 19' long sign, it is a pretty unique opportunity, for the right person They were not neon,  and were either back-lit or had down spots on them. They do have the brackets for wall mounting on the individual letters The best anyone can tell is that from the font and style that they were from the early to mid-50's. They will be in space RNI 82-85, I am sure they will sell pretty fast please contact me with a PM if interested ahead of time.

Holy Cow! I would love to take the Trans Am off your hands. If my 79 were finished I would be making an offer.
