Bloo, thanks for the information, I really appreciate it ! Thanks Jim for the kind remarks... I'll probably stick with the 16" rims, but thanks for the offer...by the way, that's one beautiful truck...I always liked the '67 thru '72 model years and when this '69 came on the market last year, I could not resist ! The tires on my 1969 Chevrolet 3/4 ton Custom Camper are starting to show signs of dry rot. The current tire size on the truck is LT 235 / 85R 16. I want to replace them with the correct factory specification tires, so I purchase a original 1969 Chevrolet Truck catalog with the specifications for 1969 model year. They have the following tire sizes listed for the 3/4 ton series: 8.75 - 16.5 , 9.50 - 16.5 , 10.00 - 16.5. I'm guessing that the tires were bias ply back then, but I'm leaning towards keeping radials on the truck. I would appreciate any help in determining how to convert the original sizes over to today's truck tire sizes. Thanks

I have a spare hood for '69 Impala / Caprice / Biscayne / Bel Air. Nice shape, no damage or rust issues... was painted at one point prior to me purchasing it. Buyer pays shipping. $300 * I'm located here in NY, will be attending the Rhinebeck Car Show next month, can bring it there at no charge. Thanks

I received the letter this past Thursday. To be totally honest, I'm not up to date on what is happening here - my own fault. Maybe if the Club , if it's legally possible, give the Club Membership an update. Thanks!

I'm trying to locate a replacement rear step bumper for my 1969 Custom Camper C20 Chevrolet Truck. Unfortunately, it was damage during transport and I rather not replace it with a new chrome aftermarket .... I've been checking ebay and other dedicated truck sites with no luck as of yet.... any help would be appreciated ! Steve

Just wanted to take a moment to personally thank Jeff & Devon for the work that they did on my 1969 Impala SS427. I posted a request here on the AACA Forum since no other body shops in my area would perform the work, Jeff contacted me and arrangements were made. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the work that was performed - fabricating the trunk extensions, wheel wells, windshield lip and patching in both quarter panels, absolutely beautiful work !! It's nice to know that there are still craftsmen out there that take pride in their work. Thanks Guys !

Car Lift experience and recommendations?
STEVE POLLARD replied to 540K's topic in General Discussion
For my storage needs, I have a Atlas 8000 four post lift. I had this lift now for almost 3 years, it's been great. For a additional cost I had it delivered and set up in my garage ( casters are included ) My lower back thanked me. Steve -
