  1. I would advertise on the Chrysler page of the forum asking for a rebuilt or rebuildable water pump. You have to "Shake the Bushes".
  2. Hello Bloo, Years ago I helped a fellow MoPar owner with this same problem. I found my notes and you might want to look into BlackHawk Supply 3/16 fitting 6100x3. Sorry I don't remember more.
  3. Appears to be a good buy for the money. A lot of young people can buy into the "Hobby" for a start.
  4. Let us know how your brake problem turns out.
  5. Hello again Bob, I would be interested in your PA front/rear brake drums. What do you have and what are you asking for them. thanks, Don Feeney
  6. Removing the front pulley is not "Rocket Science" Use the right puller and it comes off. Reach out to friends who have done this. It's part of the "Hobby"
  7. Be sure to add oil to the oil cup . This is the only way the gear sump gets oil.
  8. Please note this is 2023. All the generation that worked on these" Back in the Day are now passed. The information you are looking for will come out. Be patient and thankful for members giving up their time to help.
  9. I have a 1928 Plymouth which uses a similar latter model drive. I have found that there are different bolt patterns. There are not much different but will keep the drive from bolting on. Check this out before you buy. I might have a spare Plymouth drive. As we know the die cast metal was not made to last during this era.
  10. I have seen these Packard Wagons posted before. I did brace myself before I looked at it. All I can say is "Every shoe has a Foot"
  11. Is this a CD-8 with the 4speed or a CM-6 with the standard 3 speed?
  12. Do you mean 1 5/16" which is a standard buy anywhere size?
  13. Isn't it "Nice" how the members of this forum help each other.
  14. My plans are to "Stay on the Earth" so I can return to Hershey next year and "Smell the Rust"
  15. You could carefully weld a piece of metal bar across the bearing race. Then use a large bar coming from the outside to drive the bearing race out. I have done this a few times and it's easier than you think. I would think a puller with 2 ears is not the solution as the race is a pretty tight fit.
  16. Treat the big spring in this clutch set up with respect. It can hurt you.
  17. I would try a graphics shop. They can do wonders at a reasonable price. I have had decals made by them and they can change sizes and make new decals look distressed for the patina look.
  18. Anyone that says "The American is Dead" obviously has not been to fall Carlisle or Hershey.
  19. It has been my observation that the nicer a person's car car becomes, the less he drives it due to fear of accidents and road wear. All my stuff is shelf worn (including me). When I drive my old stuff I can go "Back to the Day" and the Lady sitting next to me appears a little younger.
  20. Up for sale is a WK Model 65 owners manual in excellent condition. It has 36 pages. $50. and I will pay shipping to the lower 48. Don 740-816-4284

  22. I did see the ad. I posted earlier on the speedster page looking for a hood to make a boat tail out of It was suggested I use a 39 Hudson hood. I now understand why. I hope to find one next week at Hershey in the $300. range. thanks, Don
  23. I also would be interested in learning the answer. Thank you for posting,
