  1. Need info on a 1916.??? International firetruck with a 4 cylinder Lycoming KB engine. The number appears to be KB161310H. The head has a casting K110 and KG or could be K6. The truck was manufactured by Long Manufacturing, Detroit. The serial number is 789__. Any info on specs, parts etc would be appreciated.

  9. Wonder if those tiny size jump starter can really apply on my 1967 Jaguar E-Type. Takes forever to get engine started and I wonder if portable jump starter can help. That thought came from an email talking about fanttik t8 apex jump start pack which I have never heard. Did look it up online https://fanttik.com/pages/t8-apex-overview ,the website looks neat tho. It says pretty much works on any Vehicle up to 8.5L gas and it works as a 65W fast charge power bank as well. Got flashlight on it and some other features. Is it worth to buy? I mean for a jump start pack it seems pretty small, does it really work?
  10. I decided to make door panels for my 1931 Buick 8-66S restoration project. The hard part is finding suitable windlace for the doors. There is already some windlace in the interior trim of the car I'm trying to match. All the modern cloth windlace is sewn mostly over 1/2" solid foam core, some 3/8" solid foam core windlace is available by special order. The 3/8" solid core WILL NOT bend crisply at the corners of the door, tubular core will bend much more accurately. I'm looking for 10yds of antique light gray windlace on tubular rubber core. See picture below.

Also I am looking for the hub assembly that the wheel bearing go into. I need the metal parts and a wheel with rotted spokes would work. I also need the locking ring that threads into the hub and holds the inner wheel bearing in place. Please note I live in the old world and do not text. 16. On my 47 Chrysler fluid drive transmission I have been losing fluid, where would I obtain seals & gaskets that would be needed. At this stage I am not certain if it is the front of the Transmission or the rear of the transmission. If I have to take the car to a shop it would probably make sense to replace both front & back?? If any one has info on the parts as well as how to go about doing the job I would certainly appreciate the information, Bruce
