1948 Plymouth. Was my fathers car. My son and I took it apart many years ago to restore it, but life got in the way and there she sits. The car is very solid and has very little rust. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for looking.

It doesn't look that bad to me, although it would be too much for me to take on now (never mind that it's in MD). It's better than a lot of project cars that get posted on here that should be free. I really like these P-15 4 door sedans. I'll have one someday....

If there's very little rust as stated, it certainly is the best deal you could expect. Only Laughing Coyote's nice early '70's Corvette has been a better deal than this. My guess is it's been snapped up by a hot rodder by now. Because how could a 4 door '40's Plymouth not look good with lake pipes, Cragars  and captain's chair bucket seats?

I honestly believe some of them just didn't want to stick in a price, or maybe forgot to, and didn't realize it would thus be listed as "free". But, yes, some are playing games. I don't get the feeling this seller meant any harm. I'd seen this ad when it was listed that way and I knew what was going on; I didn't think for one second it was free.
