And you do as ED sayes???

  Ben

Only if I consult him first.  See why I didn't consult him.

Something about Champagne taste and a beer pocket book.

All I can afford right now is some warm beer.

1933-34 Ford or 1935 Lincoln is my guess or guesses I should say.

The Lincoln would have been cool but after seeing Matt's adventure I shy away from them.

33-34 Ford are pricier than most of the next league stuff.  But I do like them.

Warm beer, fancy wire wheels, is it.... British? 😁

Well according to Ed,  the engine size is small enough to be.

I was insulted,  He even asked me if it was a tractor, and no we aren't talking about that 1.5 Million dollar one.

I'll go as far as saying it's not foreign.

auburnseeker isn't denying (and not confirming 🤔) '33-'34 as the year. Lot's of that era had 17" steel spoke wheels; Chevy, Studebaker, Willys, Buick, Pontiac, Dodge......... I think we need more clues.

I think that quote originated in advertising.

It's certainly been used in ads.  Wasn't one of

them for cat food?

Ed, let's hope you do it with more aplomb!

The ad was a Pierce Arrow advertisement, using a 1937 Brunn V-12 Town Car.

Nope not a Franklin and not air cooled.  Did see a 33 Franklin conv't for sale before that I liked but timing wasn't right.

You all know it takes alot for the old car stars to align. Seems we are always lacking the funding or the Storage or something to make it all come together.  Think of all the cars we had to pass on,  compared to the ones we were able to actually get.
