Chris Bamford
Photos taken this morning about 400 miles north of Montana. I was at this place maybe 20 years ago and recall seeing them then.
edinmass
Pierce is a 1933 five or seven passenger sedan. Rear mounted spare.......looks like an 8 but can’t tell for sure. Here is a similar car. Edit.....it’s was an eight for certain. Edited November 5, 2020 by edinmass (see edit history) 4
1912Staver
There sure couldn't have been many 1933 PA's sold on the Canadian Prairie's . Unfortunately not really even enough left for a street rod . Greg

60FlatTop
Fifty years ago the old man pointed his gnarled, white finger, and croaked "Don't waste your time on those closed cars, sonny." 3

Trust me, I’ve heard that same quote far more recently... like in the past 5 years!

TAKerry
Short of looking even my like a junk yard than I already do, I would love to have something like that as yard art in front of my shop.
Walt G
One can have a lifetime of fun and rewarding experiences in an enclosed car , pretty much any pre war car. Looking at them is so wonderful but driving or even riding in one at midnight and going through town with the street lights showing the way and seeing your reflection in the store windows on a some what deserted street is priceless. And then if there are people out walking who see you cruise by and stop and stare you can read their lips saying " what the heck ?" ( I cleaned that up it is usually what the hexx) 🤐🤩

60FlatTop
Never marketed as Bondo in these parts. Always (still do) call it peanut butter.

Indeed! And it looks like the instrument cluster was removed by using a blue-tip wrench....
Chris Bamford
Here are a few more photos from yesterday. We liberated the steering column and a taillight lens from this '46 Dodge D25 (Canadian). It was a real treat to find the car already on stands with fenders off. My Dodge is barely visible at the extreme right: blue fenders and hood.
g-g-g0
Thanks for sharing the pictures! Reminds me of wandering through junk yards in the Midwest back in the mid/late 50’s! Sure would love to meander through this one!

Not a big loss. I know I'm hard core, but they did miss a few parts, like the alloy gas filler/license bracket, gas tank cover, spare tire mount and cowl band. Granted these are only things that an owner of a 1933-836/1236 would care about, but still....

Ten lug nuts from a '48 Lincoln Continental. $18 including the shipping. After fees and postage I had $9.69 left. Believe me, it's not for the money. 3
