I also spent some time looking at it myself, from the building structure design to the tow hitch to whatever that small car thing is next to the Buick. Hi Ed, the picture may be from Europe. Remember Sebastian Buick talking about an early car (Buick I think) that had extra turn signal lights high on the body, similar to this.
