  1. A truck Spring shop could bend this back. They would have the instruments to check caster/camber.

  8. I believe 30-U's came with a Carter Carb. They all have pot metal problems now. I use the later BB1 on mine.

  10. I also spend a lot of time mowing and doing yard work. My place is a cross between a State Park and a Boy Scout camp and I enjoy keeping it looking nice. I hope I never end up "Kicking" a large beach ball around the Nursing Home.

  12. You haven't mentioned manifold vacuum. This is a easy test and can tell you if your cam is out of time. Plus if it's not steady would indicate other minor problems. Let us know.

  16. I think you will find Plymouth had a all steel roof in 1937.
  17. If you find you have more serious/worn parts problems check out the HET club magazine. They list a shop that rebuilds the clutch and pressure plates and have the various gaskets. I believe the person is Ron Fellows. He did mine at a reasonable cost and I was happy with his work.
  18. Most times if you join a local car club( local chapter of the Buick club) there are members who you can hire to guide you through the repairs.
  19. Anglefish, You might consider starting your own "Speedster" project. Gary Ash has been a inspiration to us with a interest in the Speedster world.
  20. I would think once you got into the "Pipe Line" a forum member could point you to a source that supply rod bolts.
  21. Any trip to Hershey with your "Dad" will be worth the effort.
  22. 100 years from now these common detail pictures will be priceless.
