TerryB
Because there is zero other information. If you like green this is the car for you. Definitely NOT mine. https://newjersey.craigslist.org/cto/d/wallington-1928-dodge-4door/7665600272.html
zeke01
It is a great big world out there. I’m sure that there are people who just love the color of that car. I hereby give up my place in line for someone who would love to have that in their garage. 2
TAKerry
Sure is alot of green. Not sure which would be easier, change the interior, or change the paint? Dad had a buddy in town when I was a kid that had a wonderful collection of Packards. He owned a construction company as well, and his Packards and his company colours were green. Said it was his favorite colour, the colour of money!
sunnybaba
I guess the speedometer doesn't work... because it is going 28 mph sitting still......
Bryan G
Makes me think of a bottle fly. For the right price I'd learn to live with it. I've seen worse, but I do think a body would tire of looking at all that green pretty quick.
Leif in Calif
At first I thought "maybe if they painted the fenders black"...then I realized it didn't help! How about orange wheels with white walls?

Walt G
Quickest treatment to ease the eye strain for color: paint the following black: running board splash aprons, sheet metal around read window to side windows and top section along the top of the doors , all the belt molding. and sun visor and wheels as well . Plate the bumpers. As far as the interior goes well.......you have to live with Kermit.

This might also be a case of using basecoat-clearcoat for the paint, making the paint look too glossy and inappropriate for the period. And for the forum record, the asking price is $17,000, and the car is said to be in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Fossil
I have to agree with Walt. The colors wouldn't look bad if they were done in different proportions. Especially the wheels.
