Front End Friday Photo

Recommended Posts

Mark you beat me to it. I was going to toss in the 1913-31 that got away.  Oh well, here it is anyway. Also one a bit older.

A 1939.

Anyone recognize the origin of that front end loader. It appears to have been transplanted years ago and I can't find the manufacturer. The top cross bar is not a common thing. The two rectangular uprights are the hydraulic oil reservoirs. Help identifying will be appreciated.

Not sure of the front end loader, but looks like its on an Allis-Chalmers B Model and missing the radiator and shell...

It is my Allis-Chalmers B.  I am trying to figure out where the loader came from.

Nothing missing, just servicing it.

The rectangular tubing, pentagram plates at the joints, and double acting cylinders might be ques to ID for a tractor guy,

Thanks.

My contribution. These guys photo bombed what would have been a fantastic shot of a 38 Special

The photo is only captioned 'Hill District'. Maybe someone might know the city. I guess the car is a 1931 90 series? Note the 'non-skid' front tyres.

Seeing there hasn't been a '33 in this thread yet, here is one. I will let the experts guess which series it might be.

Found another street scene with a Buick - just dropping off the mail - or perhaps he has just picked up a prescription? 1927 car?

I guess this is also a '27? But note the UK spec 'cowl' lights. I wonder which one of the girls he is going to take for a ride in his car.
