This picture was taken from the Fisher Building in Detroit looking towards downtown Detroit.  The first building on the left is the old GM Building on West Grand Boulevard and the building behind it is the old Argonaut Building.  I believe that is 2nd avenue with all of the cars.

Guess the bus driver couldn't see the locomotive because it wasn't big enough?

The address of the John Ivory Storage co in the background is 11745 Woodward Ave, Highland Park, just a but north of Detroit. I think there's a Buick or two down there. ;)

Could be a '55, couldn't it?

or a ‘57 Chevrolet I suppose,  but I’m seeing a ‘54 Buick, in Cashmere White. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m happy with it. ?

if you can’t find the 54 Buick in this picture you might be a prewar guy

I can't see the Buick because I'm blinded by those headlights.  ?

I think that's the right front wheel of a Buick on the left of the picture.  Can't see the 'Dagmars' so I cant tell for sure what year. Which model had the bigger Dagmars, Buick or Cadillac?
