Takes you back to some good time if you lived in this era. Scallops, side pipes, wide whites, Lancers. Skirts, dual rear mount antennas, custom grill, shaved handles. SWEET. Peggy Sue would be all over you just to give her a ride in it. You'd probably not like the interior either if you could see it. Probably red or white roll and pleat with contrasting piping. Yep. Those were the days. Parking lots had every color of the rainbo and every color in between Ben

Beemon
The thing that bothers me about the hood scallop is that it doesn't contour the natural shape of the hood - its off by a half inch or so.

Look at the car in the middle of the intersection with the front end bashed in. At the time this photo was taken these two cars were over 10 years old and probably totaled by the insurance company. 60FlatTop
Sometimes you wonder about good taste and branding. I wouldn't drive that Riviera without a Calvin Klein t-shirt and a Croton watch.

Elpad
Sorry to see in this condition but I will blame only myself...This is "Lulu" the parts car from Maryland, she donated lots of parts to "Toby" like both rear fenders, hood, grille parts and lots of odds and ends including much hardware. Now she is waiting to donate more needed parts that will cross the Florida Straight and will end up in Cuba to partially assemble another Model 52 on the Island. Then she will spend the rest of her life retired under the Florida Sun. Thanks Lulu!
