RivNut
The easiest things to see are the plain dash vs the later ribbed aluminum veneer dash, and a 120 mph speedometer vs the later 140 mph speedometer. RivNut
A local guy has an 82 Riviera for sale in which he has replaced the 307 with a rebuilt Rocket 350 (10,000 miles, no idea what year) engine and removed the carb and is running TBI on it. Any ideas from anyone as to whether that might be a good swap and, if so, what a good price on the car might be? 80K on the car. Air shocks have been replaced with cargo coils, 6 month old Hankook tires.

Hi Mark, This car has painted interior A pillar trim, smooth dash fascia, 120 MPH speedo, early location of the spare tire, etc...It is a restored car so observations are with a grain of salt as replaced parts, etc... can be deviations from factory built, but having written that, it is claimed to be a one family owned vehicle. There are a list of changes during `63 production which Jim Cannon has tracked by body build date. If you create a dedicated post inquiring about the early car characteristics he will likely provide a more comprehensive answer. Tom
