  3. Here is the 67 that is there. Not for the "stock" crowd though. :>)
  4. Definitely not blackwalls! White walls or red lines. :>) Here are a few pics of the 66 that the owner posted online.

Were able to get it running recently.
  6. Thanks Ed. I don't drive each car enough individually to worry about gas mileage. I wish I did! :>)
  7. Next to the black Riv is a mid 2010's Mustang, GT350 I think (not mine), next to that a 66 Skylark (not mine), next to that my 79 Camaro Z28. Back row is my other 65 Riviera Gran Sport, my 70 GS455, a 69/70 Lincoln (not mine), a 67 Skylark convertible (not mine) and a 32-34 Plymouth (not mine). Not seen to the left is my 71 Riviera GS. Couple of empty spots in the picture as I was shuffling things around to give myself room to easily move around the car.
  8. How far do you have to drive it to count? We had a short break in the rain, so I backed my new 65 Riviera out of the storage building, turned it around, and backed it in, that way I could use the natural light to clean the front end. Does that count? :>)
  9. Well, the red car has 215/75's, and the black car 225/75's. The black car sidewalls look much bigger, but I think that is because the tires are all black versus having a whitewall. I guess either size will be fine.
  10. And it has been repainted and they don't even mention that?
  11. https://norfolk.craigslist.org/cto/d/maple-1955-buick-super/7725678544.html 1955 Buick Super - $15,000 (Maple) © craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap 1955 buick super condition: good cylinders: 8 cylinders drive: rwd fuel: gas odometer: 123456 paint color: red title status: clean transmission: automatic type: coupe 1955 Buick Super. Very nice car for the age, engine is a 322 cu in nailhead V-8. I had the transmission rebuilt about 3000 miles ago. New gas tank, brakes redone and lots of small stuff repaired or replaced. The car needs door pins replaced, have two sets. Starting to get a couple rust bubbles in the roof. Great car for someone who wants a great driving car to tinker with. Interior is in very good shape with good headliner. Body is straight. Have a couple pieces of chrome off that are getting worked on. $15,000 OBO. Would like to trade, open to a Jeep or something to tow behind my motorhome. Will not respond to offers with you even looking at the car.
  12. Good question, will have to look when I go over to the storage building later today!
  13. I think I had to wipe down the black at least 3 times last weekend while it was in the garage. The red one just sat there looking good. Pretty sure I know which one I will be keeping long term, lol.
  14. I think I will go with 225's, Meaty, Beaty, Big and Bouncy!
  15. Which are correct for a 65, 225/75/15 or 215/75/15? Or are either one correct?
  16. Summit has the same price on the tires, and usually offers free shipping (at least in the US), they probably drop ship from Diamond Back.
  17. Thanks Tom. Do you happen to have one I can buy? Thanks, Chris
  18. I am sure it is just me, but I read this ad and think, this doesn't sound like an original owner ( who would be at least 70 years old), sounds more like a guy bought it from the original owner and is flipping it. https://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/cto/d/arlington-heights-1969-buick-riviera/7724523626.html 1969 Buick Riviera ORIGINAL OWNER 65,000 miles - $26,500 (Arlington Heights) © craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap 1968 Buick fuel: gas odometer: 65000 title status: clean transmission: automatic Spring is here! Be the talk of the show with this Original Owner 1968 Buick Riviera! With it’s extremely low mileage of 65,000, and only 1 owner it’s whole life, this Riviera was very rarely driven! 19. Thanks Craig and Ed, while I like the black with the whitewalls, I like it better with red lines. :>)
