Bill Harmatuk
I was a big fan of the beauty and the sorrow of seeing vintage cars in the woods or in abandoned junk yards, rusting away, as a kid. 1965 B.C.. (Before Cameras.)Thanks for sharing.Bill H
Curti
It appears that the left side tires have been inflated. The front tire has been moved.
sambarn
I once found a 56 Caddie with the roof suspended eight feet above the car by the tree that had grown through and lifted the roof straight up over a period of years. sad but like found art, it made me sit and stare for a while... jeff_a
rhb1999,How did you spot that concept car? Quite the catch!I looked through the youtube video. Besides an aircraft-carrier-full of wrecked, worn-out and abandoned vehicles, there were a few that were interesting. I think I saw a '53 Chevy ('Vette) 11 seconds in, and definitely saw an Olds Toronado airport limousine and a '24 Peerless Model 6-70 Touring Phaeton. rhb1999
Is the truck a 1957 Chev ? The '55 second series and '56, didn't have the ribbed bulges on the hood, and on the '58 and '59 they went almost all the way down on the front.
nick8086
The ribbed bulges were on the 1957??
rhb1999
The '57's, I've seen had bulges on the hood with bull nosed ends, like the one in the picture at top. At least the hood is '57, the cab could be '55 second series thru '59. The '57 Chevrolet car had the "gun sights".
