I had just opened my car lot and the cars shown were really my meat and potatoes inventory. Now....the crashes? There were a number of years where only a stub of I-210 existed to the south/east of CA118 in the San Fernando area and I understand they used that for filming pretty much all of the freeway scenes for the CHiPs TV series. Dennis Hopper is the owner in the flick - even though he's not driving in this scene. ME-TV is not new to those of us in Chicagoland. It started as a substation of an independent station (Channel 26, the U) ... & has grown since nationally. It basically started the FREE classic TV movement, with Antenna TV, LAFF-TV, Cozi-TV & Heroes & Icons now on the air, at least here in Chicago! As for CHiPs ... 1 of my favorite shows growing up.
