The identify this tool

This one is not much of a challenge as it is marked.

Thought some might like to see one. Valve cap wrench used to remove the valve caps on an engine with fixed ( non-removable) cylinder head.

You don't have to take out the spark plug or in this case the priming cup.

Winner. 
Easier to understand when you can see the interlocking dies.  
should work on sheet metal too if you are in need of a big ‘old hole.
