It's possible.  I found a 33 Ford Vicky that was fully restored and was probably a 2+ from what I could see in the pics.  Underneath was as nice and well finished as the top.  Wood graining and upholstery looked excellent.  Sitting on a 4 post lift in a tidy work shop,  covered with a layer of dust.  Everything in the shop had the same amount of dust.  Looked like an estate deal and was priced at 12,500.   I found it 38 minutes after being listed and it was sold in less than a day and the seller never returned my messages.

In today's world with so many scams,  it's hard to accept a real deal when one comes along.

There's going to be more early cars become available ,I think at reasonable prices as the older guys age out and the demand falls ,but this was a deal of a lifetime,I had contacted the owner myself too late.

More pre-war cars of all types. Many owners are aging out or moving to the other side of the grass. My elderly neighbor mentioned she had an old Chrysler in her garage. I went to see it thinking '58 New Yorker, but there under a lot of boxes was a '33 CQ Imperial. Lost of stuff like that out there!

Is she going to sell the imperial?  I’d be interested.

I don't think so. One of her sons says he wants it but I doubt he'd keep it once his mom's gone. He is always trading cars, showing up ay her house is rides as diverse as a stretch Caddy limo or a SAAB convertible.  Non of his cars have been either pre-war or projects. His mom is 89 but very spry...she fell off the roof 8 years ago while cleaning the gutters...got back up and finished the job!
