  1. The Vin number is on the engine subframe near the driver's front engine support casting of the block.
  2. I think it's a 1925 ,bot a look at the rear wheel hub would tell .they had a more robust brake/hub with a small hub cover

  7. Thanks,that was an approach I thought about,the pattern seems to change a little in the area where the back turns to the side in the corner.Again thanks for your input!

A big thank you to all that has shared tips and information in this thread .It's very helpful understanding how to start the learning process !!!!! is there a general ( rule of thumb) on how much more distance between the pattern on the leather verses the backing button holes ? I'm sure the spacing horizontal and vertical are different ratios ?
