Never said they had to be stock. never said that the engine compartment had to be in a car, either. Just asked that they be pristine.

Here is a pic of our newly restored 1974 MGBGT. Actually, we've got over 3k miles on it now. Keeping them clean is tough when you drive them. Also included a pic of the grandkids helping work on the car. Got them started young.

Any MG questions cheerfully answered, and yes, I've heard all the Joseph Lucas jokes already.

Guest Dr. Strangelove

There really is no substitute for cubic inches!

Here we have the Pratt & Whitney R-2800, 18 cylinder radial engine. Thats right, 2800 cubic inches, with up to 2500 HP.

This engine was used extensively in WWII aircraft. Installed in some of the sweetest looking, but deadly, aircraft to come off a drawing board too.

Here is 2 of the 'engine compartments' it came in. The gull winged Chance-Voight F4U Corsair and the stout Republic P-47.

Buy American people!!

Nickelroadster... check the file size. My guess is that your photo is too large. I have seen that problem before. If you can edit it to compress the file size it will probably work then.
