    oil

10-30 oil will give a lot of cold start protection and the same protection of a 30wt when hot. Use full detergent for the most benefit.
  3. I think an executor can get this done much easier than that if they were recently registered. They replaced 4 titles that couldent be located after my Bro in law passed away. It was all done in probate.
  4. I don't think the roadster had much wood anywhere in the body.
  5. The seller should file for a lost title. I then would be easier to sell and more of a bargain to the buyer.
  6. If just a touch up I spray a bit into the cap and use a small brush. It works!
  7. I think with an overdrive it should comfortably do better than 60-65. My 1936 Chevrolet will do 60 all day and has no overdrive and 4-11 rear gears.
  8. One more, My Silverado truck got a bright color. I pulled all the trim and I think that was harder than doing the paint job! If I remember correctly it was a Porche red. I agree with the OP about white or grey.
  9. Here is a paint job I did on my wife's Mustang. It isn't a factory color or combo but I think it really turned out.
  10. You can get great results with aerosol carpet dye sold at auto part stores. I have used them and they work very well and the color lasts.
  11. The ones for a Ford model A are very similar.
  12. I have some but live in Oregon.
  13. I told my wife if we bought a multi room mansion we could just move to different rooms instead of cleaning.
  14. Good story, but since slate is eons old when it is first used as a shingle, it didn't get much older for the second roof. I bet it can be reused almost forever.
  15. My rims came with the car but I think that is how it was done.
  16. Some of the cut-down model A wheels I had were the early 21" ones and that got rid of the rust prone rim.
  17. I like that cut-down model A 19" wheel. I used to run cut-down wheels with 6:00x16 recaps when I was young.
  18. If it will protect and not be obvious, why not add it?
  19. Jack you are trying too hard, it is a brake light switch.
  20. I believe the engine color is correct. This engine was last worked on in about 1960.
