Steve Moskowitz
The latest issue of the magazine is in the mail system today. All issues have been given to our good friends in the USPS. Rumor has it that a certain icorrigible fellow in this area who does nothing but moan about getting his magazine late already has a copy! Doug, leave it alone. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Rick Hoover
Steve, What if some day, Doug should find himself in need of something to do, we could get him over here and help sand on this Library project for a few hours? Maybe then, we could personally hand deliver his next magazine and put a stop to all his whining about mine. Rick

olcarherb
Just called up a fellow who placed a classified ad in this issue for some memorabilia and a motorcycle part I would have liked to have had. Both were sold to others responding to the ad a couple of days ago, BEFORE I got my Antique Automobile.
stock_steve
Bob, while you've been composing 3,683 postings to this forum, I've been cultivating a relationship with my mail man.Seriously, I have no ideas--except to recall my summer job sorting mail for the good old USPS--and magazines always got saved for last, after all the "important stuff" (i.e. first class mail) was done getting sorted. nearchoclatetown
Steve, what '37's not saying is he's on the incorrigible list, that might have something to do with his late issue.
stock_steve
Doug, are you saying that Steve intentionally holds back Bob's copy for a week or two, before finally sending it out? Kinda like "tough love" or something?

Rick Hoover
Trust me Bob, that won't work. Back when my magazine was being held up, I sent my biker friends over to visit him. Problem was, they all ride Vespas's and Cushman's and Steve just laughed at them and then had them fill out membership applications. This new Executive Director is tough! nearchoclatetown
Rick, he might be tough but he's afraid of chow-chow and shoo fly pie. Did I mention the shoo fly pie at the auction yesterday?

Guest Moepar
Still waiting for mine. I know several others in my region already have theirs. Mine traditionally shows up 10-14 days later than everyone else in my region (even my neighbor who is on the same postal route as me). I'm lucky if I get my copy by the club meeting on the third Tuesday of the month.
1937hd45
I can drive to Hershey in 3 1/2 hours, it would be intersting to follow the trip my copy of AA takes to get here, you could tour the 48 states in the time it takes for the magazine to arrive.
