Thanks Jake for the info, now that I’ve ask around a bit I find out a buddy of mine has one of those odd steering wheels if anyone is hunting one, he say it had cracks.

You don’t see many steering wheels that configuration, or maybe I just never noticed.

Thanks 55er that was a 57 Pontiac w the speaker, in fact I may have it around, I guess I should see if I can dig it out and see if anyone would be interested in it.

Has anyone ever seen one of these vintage Pontiac cars wIth a speaker for the radio sitting on floor on the hump in middle, it had a thin fiberglass housing the same color as the interior of the car, the one Iam thinking of was turquoise, like the color of the Pontic in this article.

I would say your right ,on the item on the dash, looks like the old thread in the seems in the seat cover just turned lose.

I wonder if it ever had front and rear fenders?

Good morning this Dale in Montana and Ks. I just thought I would throw this out there I just picked it up bout two yrs. and haven’t had time to do anything w it yet. It’s 28 Whippet sedan, and must be some kind of a kit you could buy to turn your sedan into a pickup, because of the manufactured add on rear fenders extendions ,the add on two speed under drive, and shorten drive shaft, the manufactured (cast) rear cab spare tire mount.

This is Dale Ks. Good luck on your hunt for a windshield frame for a Chrysler, some of the 32 ply coupes are different from others depending on 3or 5 window and roadster, I ended up taking a 32 4 dr. Windshield frame and cutting it down as far as height, the width and curve at the bottom was ok. I don’t if any of this will help on a Chrysler coupe or not, just FYI.

This is Dale in Kansas I looked in the old 57 Buick wagon don’t see any of the engine parts in there and the engine is completely gone from the car I don’t know what is happened, sorry

This is Dale in Montana did you ever come up w a picture of a hood like you need for your truck ? Or measurements from your cal rib to Radator shell. If what you looks close enough to mine I will dig it out and check condition and measure from what I can see it has strange hold down brackets on it.
