when your wrong your wrong, you don’t have to keep trying to prove your point. Just digging yourself in deeper. It’s no biggie, come on just say it “I’m wrong” you learn something everyday -

You so wrong Eric, I’m also in need of the two piece metal windshield frames for my 36 Desoto Airstream custom the deluxe came with the one piece windshield like Dodge and Plymouth anyone that can help us out would be much appreciated -
Nice car you have and good luck with it. Hope you are big time hands on because these cars and parts can get real expensive besides hard to find. So have patients trying to put these together as you put it “tight budget or cheap” can make a seven month project turn into seven years, just ask the guy you bought it from. Good luck with it.

Here is a very rear 1936 Dodge clock that keeps excellent time. I’ve only seen these that a couple members here sent me pics of theirs. I never seen one in a 36 Dodge car or truck and believe me I’ve seen hundreds of 36 Dodges in my time. I had it cleaned and lubed on the inside by a gentleman who tinkers with this kind of stuff and personally tested it and was amazing how it kept excellent time. This is a electric clock so no daily winding. Mounts on glove box door and I would be willing to trade glove box door if they are equal condition. Clock is in very good condition with one lil smudge on face by the 9 otherwise nice for its age. Asking $500 $10 to ship. Thanks for looking

For Mopar 36 was the first all steel roof, but even better 36 Mopar’s were ahead of GM & Ford with steel floors, all still roof and pillars that’s a major plus in my opinion. 1936 was and is the year that car designers got it right, from front to back but most of all 36 was the year of the nicest GRILL’S by far. Great looking cars in 36

1937 Buick Special - $85,000 (DOWNEY)
Uptowndodge replied to a topic in "Not Mine" Automobiles For Sale
A person can and should ask whatever they want, but I wouldn’t ask $85k just to be clowned by a few guys here. I think he did this to himself. Hell I got a bunch of crap for asking $2500 for my banjo steering wheel, I can’t even imagine the comments if I was asking $15,000 same like asking $85,000 for a $25,000-$30,000 car. One thing a lil different I got my $2500 at least one of us got paid. -
