The Crosley HotShot came first by about 9 years (1949). A Super Sport is just a HotShot with doors. Sort of. It's complicated, and I can't remember all the if ands or buts. A Super Sport is also slightly newer, but still way before the Sprite. No Sprites until 1958. I have had a thing for these since I was a little kid.
