I believe the car that you tentatively identified as an Isetta is actually a Fiat 600 Multipla.  Great photo!

1955 19 cents = $2.25 in 2024.

What was the median income in 1955 vs 2023/24?  I'm sure that $2.25 per head in 2024 is still less expensive than one side salad at a restaurant since 2022🙃

Friday, I spent just 99 cents for a head of iceberg lettuce on sale at my MA Stop n' Shop grocery store.
