Ever seen a '57 with a Hydro-Vac booster?

This NOS Hydro-Vac booster is in a group of Buick parts I recently bought. It is in a Buick parts box and someone has written "1957 all" on it, with a Buick parts number. I have never seen nor heard of one of these on a '57 Buick, or on any Buick for that matter. I've seen them on other late 1950s cars, such as a Studebaker Hawk I once owned. Has anyone ever seen one of these on a Buick?f This one was marked "Power steering Hydrovac" but they obviously meant Power Brake Hydrovac, so I wrote the correction.

According to www.brakeboosterrebuild.com, there should be an ID tag in a particular location.  Personally, I'm a little leery of handwritten part numbers and such.  Accuracy can be variable.  "4.901" is the correct "group" number.  www.fusickautomotiveproducs.com has a unit on their page which notes "1956-59 Buick".  Looks similar.

Accessories listing;

1957 Buick: 4.901 981866. Hydrovac Power Brake -  Package for Buick. (Includes all necessary parts for installing Power Brakes on 1957 cars).

Also in 1956 Buick: 4.901 981825, Hydrovac Power Brake kit (Packaged for Buick).

I have seen parts at Hershey, but never installed on a Buick.

I know this a very OLD post BUT,       and I see the Group #4.901 part #918866 fits 1957 & 1958 Buicks (it is listed in the 1958 Buick Accessories manual/book).

@Pete Phillips, is this still available?

Cadillac used this from 1950 thru 1954 Group #4.5000 Brake Package, Power (HYDROVAC) part #1462266 1950-1953, and part #1462157 for 1954, I know part number is different from Buick (maybe because of attaching brackets and parts) BUT booster unit looks Identical..
