  3. I am looking for a Roof Rail Front Moulding Cover for a 1929 Chevrolet. This is the piece I am looking for: goes across the front top of the car above visor over winsdshield Post here or PM if you have one or a lead to one... Seems the Previous Owner does not Have it or KNOW where it is or went since he inherited the car.

  5. Yes OVERWHELMING is an understatement,,, we went a few years ago for our first time, THOUGHT we were prepared, NOT even close. so much to see, and so many great folks to chat with.hope to go back one day when we can.
  6. I agree with above 10w-30, I run this in my 1929 turn it a few time by hand to ensure everything turns and moves FREELY before starting. Check and double check

Usually my first stop for hard to find NON reproduced parts. These parts I am sure will be used, as not sure there are any reproduced replacements for them out there.

  12. Yes to Optima 6v Red... had one for over a year and love it. When not in use i plug it in to my Batter Tender Jr 6v Battery Maintainer !! Got mine off of amazon for around $115 or so
  13. Yes, my 1929 Chevrolet has a steel Chassis, with a Wooden Structure take a look here and you can see the wood as there is NO interior in these pictures. 1929 Chevrolet
  14. Very Cool Pic... was a BEAUTIFUL day on the Field !! Got to see All the cars that came across the apron, as I passed them on to the picture team for a shot with a War Bird !! Most everyone was in good spirits and glad to see the Sunshine
  15. Yes there is spectator parking, cost is $15 per car this is a steal of a deal considering the museum is usually $12 per adult to get in.

  18. There is Green Clean Auto Wash located at 500 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23451 Virginia Beach Blvd turns into 17th street down at the beach. Says it is 1.6 miles about 6 minutes from the Hotel

She loves She Crab Soup and Crab anything !! For Seafood Close by the area Good Reviews of Seafood Around Va Beach Some have menus, pictures, etc... Upper Echelon (These are the Top 3 in the Area that Locals Pack in to !!) -Waterman's Surfside Grille One most people like and tend to drift towards -Rockafeller's Another Hot spot in the area -Mahi Mah's Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Saloon Hot S Local Hangouts -Nick's Fresh Seafood & Steaks -CP Shuckers Cafe & Raw Bar -Baja Cantina -Rudee's Restaurant & Cabana Bar This is where we tend to drift, small, quaint, no frills, we have had good service, good food, they also have and outside cabana you can sit in and eat, with swing style tables/ sitting area, pretty cool -Tautog's Restaurant -Harpoon Larry's Oyster Bar Get the Fish tacos -Doc Taylor's Good Breakfast, Arrive Early to get a seat Little farther out But Well Spoken Of (Bring Your Platinum) -Fire & Vine Woodfire Cuisine -Ruth's Chris Steak House -Steinhilber's Thalia Acres Inn **Not a seafood person as stated above, these are from friends and family that do the water**
  21. AnniesSS all depends on what you are in the mood for ?? Seafood seems to be the choice of those traveling here to the Oceanfront I have been here all 40 years of my life, and will gladly throw out some options IF you know what you are looking for and Price level. Some really nice places but run $50 a person, we hit all the mom and pop shops or hole in the walls as I call them. small quaint and superb food and service !! I go for the burgers or steak, wife looks for the seafood. I am ecstatic to say the least and ready for the show this saturday, looking for 70's and sunny !! Did a dry run this saturday and things went well, so we are ready for the show and everyone attending, both showing and visiting !!
  22. Looks to be a GREAT show... Antique Cars and Vintage Aircraft !! If you have NOT been to the Military Aviation Museum it is a Must see !! It is worth the trip alone. Could spend a day just looking and reading about the planes on site. It is a Rural Area where the show is, which is a pro and con. There is not a lot around there other than Farmland !! I will be there supporting the event, and Volunteering to support the Region AACA hosting the event. Even if you are NOT showing a car, Come to see the Cars on display as well as the Planes !!
