Evening all! This is my first post on here, not sure why I waited on joining this group until now. So much great info on here. I actually don't have a great photo of my 1966 Toronado so here is the best one I have. I have done a ton of work to this thing since this picture was taken and I really should get some new shots. I've been focusing on all the mechanical elements

This was my Dad's car and it was our family vehicle in the 70's when I was a kid. My Dad has lost his taste for restoring the old car so it's fallen on me to get it back up and running as best as possible. Dad bought this car from the original owner (I have his Protect-O plate) in 1973 and it was stored every winter up here in Canada (Newfoundland). It's a deluxe model and it came from California so it's got the K19 air injection reactor system on it. This thing was my Dad's pride and joy and he babied it as best as he could but time has definitely taken its toll.

Cheers!

Picked up my first Oldsmobile a few weeks ago - 1955 Super 88. Overall in good condition but numerous minor issues and some not so minor. Rebuilt booster/master cylinder so now running, driving, and stopping! Worst issue is it was "slicked/dechromed" by a previous owner so hood/trunk ornament/emblems are gone. The rocket is easy enough but they flattened the raised area for the hood ornament. Did a good job but one of these days I might be in the market for new hood or at least a good emblem area cutout. Also looking for a set of correct wheels.

Just bought another. 1969 Cutlass flattop wagon, 44K original miles. 350 2bbl, three-on-the-tree, power disc brakes, manual steering, no A/C. NV car via Phoenix. Hopefully it will be delivered by the end of this week.

I knew you wouldn't be able to resist that stick flat-top wagon...🙂

It's like I own the island of misfit toys. 😝

My two Olds are separated by 41 years. The 1921 Model 46 has a 246 cu in V8 (2-7/8” bore x 4-3/4” stroke) and the 1962 F-85 has a 215 cu in V8 (3-1/2” bore x 2-3/4” stroke).  They are both drop top cars!
