"months of neglect by the readers"

Not sure I get the term "neglect" in this context.

The add simply dated out and is now down the page(s).

You can always at a response to the topic which will bring it to the top.  Although I frown on that.  Then EVERYONE will be bumping the topic to the top.

I have seen "Or Best Offer" many times but have never been able to pin a seller down to the process.

How long will they be taking offers?

Will I be notified of the best offer when it is chosen.

Will I have a chance to make a second offer?

The sellers just never seem to have answers to my questions.

I have never set up terms for a best offer sale. Has anyone put out a OBO in a literal sense?

Guess I've never listed something you might be interested in, If I have something listed here or anywhere else MAKE AN OFFER, I don't want the item anymore. 🙂

Peter, Is there a way a "For Sale" listing can be found by the original poster? If someone listed an item a year ago and can't remember what it was is it lost in the basement forever?

Bob

You can search for it like any other topic if you remember the title.
OR

You can search for posts by user (YOU!).

Great, That was a question I was going to ask.  How to find my old listings. If an item sells is deleting it the thing to do to save web space, whatever that is?

  Bump?

Actually, I believe any addition to the post will bring it to the top.  Try what ever one wants.

  Ben

Just making a joke. BTT, TTT, OBO were tossed out as options.

Maybe I need to ask the question again, I've listed things on this site over the years, how do I find every item? The above info does not produce any results, what are the other ways of finding my parts listings?

You have 14000 posts.

You can scroll through your postings page by page (see about instructions)

or

you can search for your postings by topic or description

Ok, So I could go to Parts for sale and somehow with the proper steps and keyboard work find all the things I ever listed? I don't own a cellphone because I don't know how to use one. Other sites have a parts search by seller option, guess that got me spoiled. Thanks. Bob

The very first item listed in the Printed Material / Memorabila For Sale section is a 1960 ADA Catalog that I listed. Using the above instructions it shows that I have NOTHING listed. Has anyone had better luck? If so what were your steps that worked? Thank you. Bob
