Be at Disney World this weekend the 3rd leaving the 13th. Be at the space center the 8th with my grandson. Anything happening 9th 10th or 11th in the old car world around Orlando. Flying from Oregon. Hope something is going on that I could attend. Car show or museum. I like 40s and older and 60 to 72 cars trucks and farm equipment. I just like old stuff. Thanks for any suggestions.

I have no vested intrest one way or another. Hang on to your wallet. Prices have jumped 20 percent there in the last three months. Even the wealthy 1 percent ers are complaining. That 6 dollar cup of coffee tastes like it was from coach in an airplane. The current average daily burn just for the park is 300 per person each.

PS- don’t forget the room tax…….20 percent over posted price. Welcome to Walt Disney World! Bend over!

edinmass Trust me I know all about it. My grandson turns 9 when we are there it will be his 8th trip there. My wife is a Disney freak. We own 2-time shares there. Grand Floridian and Silver Creek. I don't bring anything up or she will bring up that I own more cars & trucks then she has time shares. A happy wife is a happy life.

Tampa Bay Gasparilla in Lutz, FL.  Tour de Elegance on Friday, Concours de Elegance on Saturday, and Tampa Bay Nickel Tour on Sunday.  Over 80 cars are registered for Friday's tour.  I don't have numbers for Saturday or Sunday.

Best Orlando attraction is Dezerland.  Over 2000 classic/antique vehicles on display, plus world's largest James Bond collection, and lots of things to do for kids...arcades, bowling, kart racing, bumper cars, etc.  All under one roof in a converted mall on the north end of International Drive.

There's also a new classic car museum in St. Augustine called the...St Augustine Classic Car Museum.

https://www.ccmstaug.com/

A couple of hours west of mouse city on the typically-gridlocked I-4 is the Tampa Bay Auto Museum. (I kid you not...2nd worst congestion in the U.S.  First is I-5 in Los Angeles.)

https://www.tbauto.org/

Nearby in Clearwater is a small but very interesting collection of pre-war cars and steam engines, called the Collection on Palmetto.

https://collectiononpalmetto.com/

And a bit south of there is the Sarasota Auto Museum.

All worth the time for a visit.

I just watched the vid of the 100 ft car.

I would think one would need permits to take it onto a real road.

I suspect that moving it back and forth on that area where they showed it would probably have as many miles (or feet) going forward as it does going backwards.

A great tourist attraction.

Maybe this will work....
