Jim Skelly
It looks like the driver's window was left down and it rained and stained the seat. Other than that, it looks really nice!
kingrudy
Very clean looking car, but IMO I have always thought the design of the rear passenger windows does not flow when looking at the car from front to back. The "B" pillar looks too wide and the rear passenger window being shorter than the drivers window looks awkward. Just an opinion. John_S_in_Penna
This is another of those cars which people might think ordinary, but which are very seldom seen today. They disappeared with no one noticing. People have saved the "last" Pontiac convertible, the 1975 Grand Ville convertible, in substantial numbers. And there are surely 100 Pontiac GTO's of any year for every 1975 Pontiac Catalina coupe in existence.
EmTee
A low-mileage coupe; not the usual 4-door...
John_S_in_Penna
I'd have to say, Em Tee, not the usual convertible! Since so many convertibles were saved, they are the most common full-sized Pontiacs of 1975.
jj5794
There was only one Pontiac V8 block. Pontiac did not manufacture separate small or large blocks. The bore and stroke varied to produce the different displacements. Jim Vesely ROA # 7437 BCA # 39477

Jim Vesely ROA # 7437 BCA # 39477 Jim: good point, I believe Pontiac used the same size block from 1955 until 1978, not sure about the ending year; but the block covered displacement from 287-455; various heads were used on those blocks to achieve different performance levels.
