Grimy Posted July 6, 2022 Share Posted July 6, 2022 We participated in the Piedmont CA parade, followed by a HCCA Reg Gp BBQ at a member's home. I drove our 1930 Pierce roadster, and Annie drove the 1948 Jeepster. The Jeepster can be seen behind the 1932 Cad V-16 phaeton. Small town parade, Just when I thought my "Life" could get no better my 18 yr old grand daughter drove me through town in the "Home made Vanderbuilt Electric project" We tried last year but only moved 10 ft when the Speed Controller burnt up. As I told her , This is a free lesson in Life. Let's fix the problem, come back next year and try again. The car ran well and we did make it up the Johnstown hill without me getting out to push.
