Steve_Mack_CT
Interesting cars, especially to Triumph fans. Neat upscale bodies but a lot more car to move around than a TC, I think that has kept values fairly low relative to rarity. I have seen a few over the years but only maybe one in concours condition. TAKerry
I saw one at a concours a few years ago, it was stunning. I believe they were the last production vehicles with a 'rumble seat'.
JamesR
Wow, it is cool. I'm presuming that's not an original color, but I don't know. I think I read recently that TC's and TD's had a top speed of around 75 mph when new. I wonder what the top speed of this is/was?
Jeff Perkins / Mn
I like this and I also like the MG-YT from the same era. Edited February 7, 2022 by Jeff Perkins / Mn (see edit history)

1912Staver
The yellow does not do it any favors. Complicated wood structure in the body. Slightly Awkward looking in person. A mild performer . But quite a bit of British charm. Not high on my list of cars to buy, but I do enjoy seeing them at Field Meets. 3
TAKerry
The posted car looks like its about 4 xs the asking price to make it show worthy.

I think that ratio applies to most CL “easy projects.” 😀 I like it! I’ve never seen one in person but I’ve been intrigued by these before. Sounds like you get a lot of spares thrown in, which is great if you can get it all home and if you have a place to store it. I’d probably check it out, even if it’s just to see one up close. oldIHtruck
Do these have a partial wood frame like the MG's of that period?

Agreed, this is in NC in a semi-gated community - we were there last summer.
