Classic'57
This is a totally untouched 1929 Cadillac. All original from what we can tell. 341 cu in V8 that runs very smooth. I wanted to share this with the group. It will be up for sale. Debating if we will have it painted or sell it as it is. Would be in mid 20's if we sell it right now. If someone is interested please give us a call at 763-355-5511. We are located in Ramsey, MN. Thank you
auburnseeker
I would sell it as is. The patina matches through out. Repaint will make the rest look shabby. Many will prefer the original paint (especially if it has never really been repainted over a repaint. I doubt the cost to repaint will be recouped either if it's done right.
alsancle
If you paint that you might get less money. Cool car. Sell as is. Edited October 13, 2021 by alsancle (see edit history)

Walt G
Perhaps a 7 passenger sedan? Not sure , but if a limousine it would have a leather front compartment and division window? Neat car indeed. Leave it alone, do not repaint it.
wayne sheldon
A repaint could, or may not, add to the sellable value. Regardless. A bad repaint will NOT add to the value, and any good paint job will likely cost five to ten times (or more!) than any added value! Even if you do the repaint yourself, any time spent will be virtually for nothing. Repainting such a car for sale is "lose lose" nearly always today.
Kean Thompson
Agreed, avoid touching it - leave it to the next custodian to make those decisions and hopefully, it will remain as is. They are only original once.
edinmass
Neat car, leave it alone. Mid 20’s is ok for an asking price, expect 15 or less in today’s market.
Hudsy Wudsy
Let's park it on a sunny hill, place a bench next to it, plant flowers around it and dedicate it to Cadillac Carl.
