deac
Well. Well, well!! Nice looking car. I have looked a few Buick's in the past few months and have come away empty handed.
kingrudy
Sure seems like a great price for a beautiful Roadmaster. Maybe the statement needs mechanical work has something to do with the price. Good luck to the future owner of a very pretty car.
Centurion
This car prompts another question about the correct two-toning paint schemes for 1955. I would have expected to see the area behind the rear wheel opening -- between the mid-body side bright trim and the lower rear quarter stainless shield -- painted white to match the area below the sweepspear between the front and rear wheel openings. This original print advertisement for the '55 Roadmaster shows the lower body color behind the rear wheel opening:

deac
I do see some signs of rust on the right and left rockers. Maybe I'm wrong, but if there is rust in the rockers one wonders what else is infected? I sent a reply to the facebook listing on Monday or Tuesday and 2 more messages afterwards and no reply, yet!

I question, too, whether the seat upholstery (pattern, and specific vinyl texture) is correct.

suchan
The new photos weren't taken on a trailer, but they do seem to be from a hotel parking lot. Local buyer? The "down low" rust is going to sink this flip, but it's a nice car to be stuck with.
