Due to the apparent excellent condition of the paint on the cab, my guess is that the cab is being transported from the paint shop to the restoration shop. Whatever the purpose of this rig, it definitely is a loser in the HORSEpower race! It looks more like BULLpower, which certainly would describe some of the discussions (of which I'm a glad participant) on this Forum.
