  1. An early Dodge Viper or a 1964 or so XKE Jaguar convertible. Two of my all time favorite cars. I drew this when I was a kid. I do have the front of a Viper that I am making a seat out of.
  2. Having a hard time finding a Nash of that era with a golf bag door.
  3. The hump on the top hood hinge is a good indication as are the hub caps....
  4. Until they moved it to McMinville, Oregon.
  5. I have to ask because I am confused. Is it an optical illusion that the panel behind the rear wheel looks too big to fit under the rear fender? It does not seem to match the contour of the rear fender. It almost looks upside down to me.
  6. Was it posted for sale?
  7. Yep. It's my Dad's fault. He worked for Chrysler Corporation for 37 years and taught me how to use tools. He was an executive supervisor for the Export-Import Division. He came home one evening telling us that a show car that he had shipped to America from Italy went down on the Andrea Doria. I remember it like it was yesterday. I was 4 years old in 1956, but I remember him talking about it at the dinner table. He took our family to the annual Greenfield Village Old Car Festival for years to see the old beasts. I fell in love. He gave my my very first real car, my old, 1931 Dodge coupe. Most of the cars I have owned have been Chrysler products. I have my Dad's 35 year pin from Chrysler with a photo of him receiving it hanging in my living room. Thanks, Dad....
  8. F&J owns that Nash....
  9. Very similar to the 1916 Studebaker....lots of similarities like the rear spring access hole in the splash apron, 7 lugs on the wheels, etc.

    Rear trunk?

I think it lays down lengthwise with the door at the rear.
  11. 1936 Dodges have a similar shaped bumper. You might look into those bumper guards.
  12. My mother-in-law is an infant in these shots from moving from Oklahoma to Oregon in about 1925-26. Talk about hard times....
  13. You might start out by trying to get this book and find a good cabinet maker....
  14. Don't forget to re-attach that spark plug wire.
  15. 1920 Big Six Studebaker....
  16. Ohhhh MAN! I hate those cheap parts. That does look gorgeous, though.
  17. I think Taylormade on this forum had some rubber vulcanized onto steel. Do a search for him.
