Dandy Dave
Looks like a Model 15 from where I'm sitting. These were built 1915-1925. Looks like someone put a Reo Gas tank on it at some point. Here's my model 15. 3
Dandy Dave
There originally was a plate on the fire wall with the serial #. Look around or behind the gas tank to see if is still there. Is that a load of parts you brought to Hershey to sell or parts you bought.
AHa
I would look closely through the barn and other buildings. The hood and seat should be close by. There is also a hood former that should attach to the dash to provide a lip for the rear of the hood to rest on that is missing. It should be close. I noticed the radiator cap is off, look around for it. With any luck, the parts you need are right there. The rest of the truck looks to be in very good condition; just needs a good washing.

White Sewing Machines from the company father White started. Some old feed bags filled with Red Cedar chips and other farm stuff for fun. White also built Cletrac Tractors. It drew quite a crowd at Hershey on car show day. It runs so sweet I let it idle for most of the day. The crowd was amazed. Dandy Dave! Dandy Dave
20 hours ago, edinmass said: Need the serial number off the dash and engine please....... Serial Numbers were not stamped in the block on these Ed. Sometimes there is a number stamped on a transmission cross member but not always. If the brass plate is gone it is real tough to get a year.
AHa
I have to say, this is frustrating, when someone posts an interesting vehicle and asks for help and then disappears without a trace. I remember an earlier post about a White truck and a number was found in the transmission cross member, identifying the year. The dash of the cab on this one has me baffled. It should have a hood former attached to it but I don't see any holes to indicate where it would have attached. Which makes me wonder if it originally had a wooden dash like Dandy Dave's. The truck appears to be in remarkable condition overall and makes me think it was restored in the 60s and then left to set.
Tractractor
While all of the White truck experts are here can anyone tell me how many of this model might be left. It’s a "Good Roads" truck. Thanks.
1912Staver
That looks like it was one of the larger ones. Probably not very many survived compared to the smaller ones.

AHa
As has already been stated, the smaller trucks were much more versatile and useful long after their production on farms, but this beast, would have been supplanted by newer, more versatile, equipment early on. That being said, it would be difficult to scrap a vehicle such as this due to its weight and size. To my knowledge, there has been no attempt to document remaining examples of White offerings, so no knowledge exists as to how many of any of the models exist.

Steve It is a heavy duty guard. Some speculated maybe for working in the woods. I wonder if maybe it was military? At any rate it is there to stay.
