old car fan
Tractors in the background, wouldn't you think they would pull it out of the dirt?
B Jake Moran
Zimmer - you aren’t serious are you? This is literally a $2,000 car super hyped by a moron seller.

Dave Wells
This would make a great parts car once the seller removes a zero or two from the price. Chrome and sheet metal look pretty good - and complete. Do you remember that the exterior door latch buttons were quite the rage in the late '40's and early '50's? Most every custom Ford and Mercury had them installed. They are still available as repro hot rod and restoration parts. "How-to" installation videos, too. wayne sheldon
Too modern for me to be really interested, but I just had to look at the actual ad. Sad. Looks like it might have been a nice car before they parked it in a field for a couple decades?
B Jake Moran
Not my cup of tea but nothing wrong with it as a $1,500 project car like the old days. It might be worth $22,000 restored. Project car market is being discussed on the General Forum and this car is the poster child for what is wrong with the market presently.
