JohnD1956
I was contacted by Mr Charles Evans, from Poughkeepsie, NY, regarding his 1932 Model 97. His phone # 845 454 7867 or 845 505 3516 The details provided: Original unrestored condition Excellent paint, glass, carpets, upholstery. Runs Well Dual "full covered" spare tires Same owner for 46 years. Asking $27,000 Additional information from his letter to me: Thanks for taking my call. I am sending you the pictures of my 1932 Buick, 97 Series. I have taken care of this car for 49 years and it is very important to me that it will find a good home. I am asking $27,000 but will listen to offers. Charlie Evans I have not inspected this car but have seen it on occasion especially at the Spring Rhinebeck show. I recall it is very nice.
Matt Harwood
Good car at a very good price. I had a '32 Model 97 myself and it was a powerful, fun-to-drive tour car.
Y-JobFan
Certainly would have been a high class car in it's day. Made just shy of 1500 of them

B Jake Moran
Oh my what a car. I’m super cheap but $25,000 seems right for price.

I can't reconcile the difference in prices. But the latest information indicates the seller is asking $27,000. Be sure to ask when calling for information. suchan
Handsome car, and 49 years of single ownership to boot. Wish I was in the market!

And I have corrected the initial post today.
B Jake Moran
Well, I’m no pricing expert but $25k or 27k both seem reasonable. Be interesting to see what the market says. I know this is the Buick section but there is a 1940 Series 75 Cadillac 7p sedan with side mounts for sale in the Cadillac Club with a rebuilt Flathead V8 that can’t seem to get sold. Now at $21,000 obo. Not completely apples to apples but a high end closed long wheel base car that can’t find a new owner.

69bird
Is this car still available? My daughter was upset when I sold my 1930 Buick 40 Series She told me, after I sold it that she wanted to use it for her wedding day pictures. Now that she is getting married, I’m thinking of surprising her. This is so much more car than the 40 Series
alsancle
The car is reasonably priced, assuming it is running well. Toss the manikin and the tires in the dumpster, and you have a really cool thing.

BuickTom87
Hahaha thanks , it’ll prob be next to the bonneville . The 41 century is in a different garage . Probably going to sell some of the cars to make room . Prob by the fall the 29 and 41 will be up for sale .
