West Peterson Posted March 14, 2023 Share Posted March 14, 2023 I suggest keep your eye out on Ebay. I searched for quite a while, and bought good ones sometimes one or two at a time. Every once in a while, a set of NOS plugs show up. West Peterson Posted March 14, 2023 Share Posted March 14, 2023 One more thing. Be careful about using used C4 plugs if you plan on driving the vehicle regularly. I put some good used ones in our Packard Speedster for show purposes, then started driving the car. After replacing a few of the plugs, I decided they were good for "show only." The ceramic portion that you cannot see when it's in the engine disintegrates, and you become aware only after the engine starts "stumbling" and does not give the performance you want/need. Fortunately, the soft ceramic does not cause problems when it gets pulverized within the cylinder... or at least, in my case it didn't. For driving purposes, I use new plugs. They don't look right, but they're more reliable, and probably work better as well. 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dodge1934 Posted March 18, 2023 Share Posted March 18, 2023 The equivalent to C4 with AC is 78s..... there is also a 76S which is a bit cooler plug... FYI I couldn`t find a listing for BOYER in any of my books so not really certain what the OEM recommended plug for your engine would be.
