WTB: 6 Champion C4 Spark Plugs for a 1926 Boyer Firetruck
Dodge1934 replied to riffking7's topic in Parts Wanted
The equivalent to C4 with AC is 78s..... there is also a 76S which is a bit cooler plug... FYI I couldn`t find a listing for BOYER in any of my books so not really certain what the OEM recommended plug for your engine would be. Don -

Albert Champion started the Champion spark plug company. When he was bought out by Ford they bought the name and Company but Albert did not come with the deal and he couldn`t use the Champion name in another spark plug company.... Thus the name AC came into existence. It is also the reason for the early link of AC with General motors rather than Champion which was linked to Ford for a while FYI
