I have lost count of the number of Carroll Shelby "personal" cars for sale in the last 20 years.  I will pay extra for a Shelby that doesn't have the glove box ruined.

Seems like the car doesn't have any really special specifications (unlike the similar appearing Green Hornet) so the real value is in the provenance. 

Shelby fans will pay a lot, but provenance isn't fun to drive.

The B-J champagne crowd are Shelby crazy and usually noveau- riche looking to join the crowd, so I can't fathom a realistic number. Depends on the alcohol intake and usual "I wannabe on TV flashin' my cash" pis*ing contest members trying to outdo each other. The actual car is secondary to these people.

I don't believe I have ever read a better summary of what those BJ and similar Scottsdale AZ winter crowds represent.  You should have a mic to drop!
