George Smolinski
The engine photo - that’s quite a bowl of spaghetti ya got there. What is with the coolant hose going into the black box on the firewall?
Bloo
Off the top of my head, that's probably the heater core to the right and the ranco valve to the left. I think the spaghetti would clean up easily.
Twisted Shifter
That's a pretty neat looking vehicle. ..and that is coming from someone who doesn't like 4-door sedans.
Fossil
Whoever installed the sparkplug wires on that engine must have owned my DeSoto at one time. What a mess but easily remedied. 2

The 55er
Some cosmetic work required. Pitted pot metal trim inside & out, cracked taillight lenses, top center piece of rear bumper is missing. Vehicle is running, shows oil pressure but fuel & temp gauge are pegged at F & H. Plain white vanilla color on 4-door sedan not a big plus. Car shows potential but there might be more going on here than meets the eye.
Ed Luddy
A 1959 Dodge even in 4 door sedan trim is still a good looking car, and so sinister from ahead on view. This car is easy to pick on it's flaws and 2 too many doors but the older I get and less sedans left available the more I like it! The police version in the mirror chasing you has gotta give you goosebumps if not a mild heart attack!
avgwarhawk
It's a cool 4 door.
Fossil
I hope that someone picks this one up. Personally like these a lot more than the 59' Plymouths.

auburnseeker
Still too much for all the pitted chrome. Buy a better example for the same money. You could find one in a better color as well.
kingrudy
Might look pretty sporty with two tone paint. The price to redo the chrome really hurts.
