But this is just nuts! As an added bonus , no registration ( our version of a Title } . Probably a insurance write off, good luck ever getting it registered. At least he changed the tires. You have to hit about 1000 degrees to melt aluminum so steel parts that have no heat treat will still be OK but everything else is suspect.
