Shouldn't the engine have the cross-rams with the runners leading out to the carbs mounted closer to the wheel-wells?  Maybe the '61 G's were the last year for this feature?

Source: Standard Catalog of American Cars, 1946-1975, Edited by John Gunnell, for the 1962 Chrysler 300H:

"A variety of high-performance engine options were available, although the inline, dual carbureted engine was standard."

Only 123 of these 1962 300H convertibles were produced.

Great car.

I know zero about this model, but I love cars that come from a long-time owner, and 43 years is definitely a long time.

As a non-Facebook person, I can't understand why someone would post there if only other Facebook users can access the seller's contact info.

It's a valuable car; pony up for an ad where everybody can join the fun.

At one point in the distant past, Hertz had a program to rent older cars.  One time, on a business trip, I rented an 300H convertible from them.  It ran like a scalded cat in a straight line, wouldn’t corner at all.  Hertz told me it had been owned by Karen Carpenter originally - I’d love to believe that.  Those were the days!

A Chrysler 300 letter-car is a perfect case of

specialty models, rare when new, becoming quite common.

So many people have preserved them and lavished

money on restoration that there are always quite a

few examples available for sale at any time.

Some other models, once routine and overlooked,

may be many, many times rarer today than this car!

Absolutely love those four bucket seat/console interiors in these 300 Letter Series models.  Although it wouldn't be factory, a 'phantom' 1962 Dodge Custom 880 D-500 convertible with four speed transmission and this interior configuration would be the ultimate.
