Steve_Mack_CT
Great looking car. Others may know better, seems a tad high but you have to start somewhere, right. Color couldn't be better on that little coupe.
Hudsy Wudsy
The price, at current exchange rate is $28,350 USD. The only thing that would make this more appealing is if it were an eight cylinder with it's longer sexier hood. Also, while they're tedious to recreate, the factory sunburst treatment on the wheels would be nice. Otherwise, it's beautiful!
Steve_Mack_CT
It would be an interesting comparison with a Packard 6. Seems like $25k or so buys a comparable Packard. Not sure which would be better but I believe that would have been a competitive pairing back in the day.

As prestigious as the Packard marque is, this little Olds holds my interest nearly as much. Especially if the wood is sound. Such a pretty grille.

Steve_Mack_CT
Great car, great color, not enough of these mid 30s GMs around once you eliminate Buick & Cadillac. Keep us posted on your journey!
TimFX
There was a box full of the journey this car took when George Kanaan restored it in the late 70s into the 80s As I read the many correspondence between George and the parts suppliers, It has become very clear he had a deep passion for the car and the community. I am beginning to feel that this car is very special indeed and It is up to me to keep it well. I will treat it with as much respect as George did

Many congratulations to Tim on acquiring his beautiful Olds coupe. Such a nicely styled car, and I love the color! There can't be many of these left in the world. I don't know that I've ever seen one before. Best wishes.

He restored this car and it was a regular fixture on tours here in northeast Ohio. He also had a Model T and ran a print shop. He and his wife were good people and very active in the hobby. I'd glad the car ended up in a good home!
